"Nicely presented."

I got an opportunity to see this short film in a film school. Since I saw it 3 times, I thought a lot about it. The story is about a girl in a brothel. She is pregnant and does not want an abortion. She finally devises a plan to escape the place. While story is normal, the charm in the film is the beautiful way it has been shot. For a length of 11 minutes, it is a treat.

PROS:

Within the 10 minutes duration, the film tells a lot. The lead character has acted nicely. The thing to watch after 5 minutes was how she was going to escape. In the last few minutes it was awesome to see the plan. Within the short duration a lot of characters were introduced and it's not like they were introduced forcefully. The soundtrack too has to be praised. It had an overall depressing tone but gives a feel of excitement most of the times. The art director needs to be praised for all the arrangement and the look of the entire film. The main theme of the film is how one takes a decision and fulfills it finally though under so much obstacles.

MESSAGE: "Never give up to situations, try and change them."

VERDICT:"A recommended watch"
