- A man says to a woman "Will you have sex with me?" and she says no.
- A pregnant woman urinates in her purse, small amount of nudity is visible and the audience can hear her urinating.
- One of the elevator people had cheated on his fiancée and admitted about putting the "pregnant woman" up on a desk one late night, making him the father of the pregnant woman's child.

- A woman says that her husband commit suicide by shooting himself.
- A woman has a heart attack, falls to the floor and gasps desperately and dies.
- A little girl pushes a button to the elevator attempting to make it go up, however, he pushes the down one and his arm gets cut off (very fast scene hard to tell) then when the lights come back on we see his severed stub with a lot of blood (some people in the elevator are covered in blood).
- In attempt to remove a bomb several people cut open a dead woman's corpse and pull out her innards (we see the cutting briefly and some of the innards with lots of blood).
- A lot of characters argue and fight (yelling and brawling)

- In first act of the film, the woman who subsequently has a fatal heart attack. drinks from a hip flask ( the inference that there is an alcoholic beverage in the flask) And a couple of other people sip from flask too.

- The whole movie is very intense with time running out and there being a man that's claustrophobic, a seriously injured person, a pregnant woman, a little girl, and one of the people in the elevator has a bomb that will soon detonate soon.

- The ending with the overweight man sacrifices his life is quite upsetting since he says before the elevator explodes, "I guess...I'm the hero."
