Started out nice.

This intrigued me because I love seeing ways people live off the grid and that is how this piece begins. But it quickly becomes something else in that it turns into a right-wing political brochure. They even stray into anti-vax, anti-mask, "I'm with stupid" spew that could have been edited out. Keeping these subjects in was a choice and makes clear the real motive for this "documentary". All the while the interviewees point out that they don't like to get political, but just can't seem to help themselves. Hey y'all, your red is showing. What I ended up watching was a bunch of unenlightened yokels decrying the crime and costs of cities and feeling like I'm a commie. Well, then move; you won't be missed.

Watch it for yourself

No. Some reviews are not correct. It's not right wing brochures on video. In fact, if you watch it, you'll hear one person refer to the border crossing problems he experienced during Trump's presidency. He actually said Trump's name. Another person referenced One World Governance in a favorable light. Towards the end there were references to the current condition of the US. And it's not good.

But bottom line, they do a good job telling why there is a move to go off grid. Watch it and decide for yourself. You want to believe a grainy, unrecognizable on purpose, confused about what's going on, untruthful reviewer, that's your choice. I choose differently.
