- After his casket is stolen and prepared for a recently deceased warrior, a dead man's spirit battles the soul of the dead warrior for ownership of the casket.
- In ancient Korea, a thief robs the grave of a long-dead warrior and steals his casket. After leaving, the warrior's soul awakens and follows the man to his residence, where he questions the frightened thief as to why he stole his casket and states that he will kill the thief after he hears his side of the story. The thief reveals he is poor and took the casket to provide a proper burial to a recently deceased female warrior named the White Marten, who is responsible for saving his village from a snake-toothed man and his cronies by killing them. However, in the melee, she was stung by a bee and because of the bee's venom, she died from the sting and required a proper burial. The spirit of the ancient warrior appreciates the thief's honesty and decides not to kill him for stealing his casket and instead take the casket back himself. The spirit of the ancient warrior takes the casket, which awakens the soul of the White Marten, who is upset by the warrior attempting to take her new casket. The two briefly do battle before realizing that they are attracted to one another. The two then try to relinquish the casket to one another but each turns it down. The thief, noticing their connection, implores them to share the casket and be buried together. Shortly after, the thief is shown leading a funerary ceremony for the two warriors as they are buried together. The thief then sits under a nearby tree and sleeps. In what is possibly the thief's dream sequence, the sounds of the ceremony awaken the souls of people in the afterlife, who welcome the souls of the two warriors to the other side. Because the two warriors received a proper burial, they can finally enter the afterlife and are no longer confined to walking the Earth.
