As we see the killer painting the line across the lane, he is constantly shaking the spray can as he sprays paint, which would result in uneven spray, but when we actually see the line, it is smooth, straight and evenly painted - so much so that it looks like an official lane marker line.
When the killer is driving to dump the body, he first drives east on the E20 (the road over the Øresund Bridge), but in the next shot, he is driving west.
The administrative director of the hospital tells that the husband can't have the heart surgery because of a sudden "arterieflimmer" (="arterial fibrillation"). This makes no sense medically. They most likely meant "atrieflimmer" (="atrial fibrillation"), which is a heart arrhythmia. It's unlikely that a hospital administrator would make such a mistake.
The Swedish-Danish border is not on the elevated part of the Øresund Bridge as depicted in the opening scene but in fact a few hundred meters west of the western pair of pylons, on the lower part of the bridge.
