Having bumped into his estranged wife Doris, Skipling finds out that she is now once again married, therefore a bigamist. He uses this hold over her to get to see Mountjoy, a voice Skipling believes was on the tape.
It's almost difficult to keep up with events, all moving along at pace, with so many curious things happening. I am baffled and intrigued, what on Earth is going on, and why Inverness? Is he likely to end up heading to Scotland on that fateful day?
Events take an altogether more serious turn here, very dramatic.
So well acted, McKellen is awesome, but he is ably supported by Cyril Schaps, David Ryall and Gwyneth Morris.
