- Andrews last memory with his father, Henry Raymond was on his last day in which he never came back from a flying trip. During this time his life has been dominated by hallucinations of his dad still alive talking to him. Having not seen his mother for years and whether his fathers death is the only reason why Andrews own insecurities have got worse or whether his Mums deepening depression is exacerbated by her husbands death. It is only towards the end, when Andrew and his Mother are reunited, that Andrew is able to move on.
