Unlikely. The initial rough cut screening was said to be so bad the financial backer withdrew any further funds to finish the editing process. There has been talk that pieces of footage may be used in a documentary at some point, but with each passing year even that appears doubtfull.
"Red legged devils" is most often attached to a different unit, the 14th Brooklyn (84th New York). The 14th even gave their regimental history that title, because foe Stonewall Jackson was said to have referred to them as such. A Confederate memoir by a minor officer does refer to the 5th New York at the battle of Gaine's Mill as "those red legged devils", but the rebels seem to have applied "red legged devils" or just "red devils" to any any hard-fighting Federal unit that wore red trousers without regard to who they were specifically.
