Ilann Girard , General Counsel of Pandora Cinema for 12 years, created Arsam in 2002 to advise audiovisual producers on the development and financing of their projects. He is also an active film producer, serving as executive producer on The March of the Penguins and Plastic Planet and as producer on Goodbye Bafana, Lebanon, and Ombline.
