Sex & Nudity

  • Has a lot of sex scenes but most of them are optional (player engages prostitutes). Players can skip all cutscenes if they want. Because this is just a game, some of the animation is not lifelike so it not really a big deal.
  • Some enemies have breasts (harpies) while the bottom part is demon-like.
  • Geralt walks into a room and into two witches having lesbian sex. They stopped immediately. You can see a wooden dildo on the ground.
  • The sex scene with Triss, has her fully nude, as she bathes in the water, then it cuts to different sex positions they do, but they are very brief, you see Geralt thrusting her from behind, and him doing missionary. Not the most graphic sex scene, but it does have full frontal nudity.
  • Sex scenes are much more graphic, and have more nudity then the Witcher 3
  • Geralt can sleep with humans, a elf, and a succubus
  • Has been revised and re-released with clean versions in many countries such as Australia.
  • The first scene in the game includes male buttocks, and a fully nude woman (everything included) spooning the player before being interrupted by the king's guard.
  • There are several sex scenes that include full out thrusting, moaning, and full frontal female nudity. Male buttocks are seen as characters have sex, but there are also just nude scenes.
  • Excessively graphic sexual dialogue. Much talk of rape and prostitution.
  • Extensive prostitution, and women wearing very sensual outfits.
  • At one stage you can see a woman chained up and her bare breasts are visible. Once you've freed her you can decide weather you want her to cover herself or not.

Violence & Gore

  • Opening CGI cutscenes shows a man freezing a bunch of people and smashing them to pieces. You see their flesh and they break. You get a nice close up of a person getting their face sliced up. Another close up of a person getting decapitated.
  • A couple of torture scenes. One involves a man getting whipped. Another involved a woman getting her eyeball forcefully taken out. It is shown in detail.
  • This game is about ten times more violent than "The Witcher 3".
  • Extremely graphic violence. Characters are decapitated, de-limbed, and tortured onscreen.
  • Lots of gore and blood.
  • Underground fight clubs can get very violent.
  • Some very disturbing violence is held in the game.
  • Violent dialogue.

Profanity

  • Very strong language.
  • Tones of uses of "Fuck", "Shit, "Bitch", etc. Some uses of "Cunt".
  • Other milder curses such as 'plough' are used.
  • Lots and lots of sexual dialogue.
  • There is a scene near the beginning which you can (optional to do) peak through a cell window and listen to a prisoner calling the Guards grizzly names, and speaking of raping and slaughtering them.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Character can use drugs, and drink alcohol.
  • Character can become addicted to some drugs
  • Lots of characters are addicted to drugs/alcohol.
  • Lots of bar scenes, where everyone gets drunk; although this is normally for humor.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • There are ghosts in the game. They make sounds associated with ghosts.
  • Some very intense scenes happen in the game.
  • Lots of scary looking monsters.
  • Some disturbing scenes.
  • The sexual content of the game can be uncomfortable for many.
  • This is an extremely mature game.
  • Some of the quests get mildly creepy. These include ones such as examining through the abandoned (and haunted) insane asylum in Chapter 1.
