It becomes evident that Sue is in danger from one of the kidnappers who had seemed so calm, he's actually a very real threat. Vincent Craig puts two and two together to learn who is likely to be holding his daughter.
Sadly this is the point where The Victim takes a down turn, it's a very dialogue heavy episode, where very little happens, it's a bit on the boring side, doesn't hold the attention well. David Beckett is the only saving grace, Frankie has become a true threat, a really interesting character.
