Sprig Plantar : Stop! I have a message from Leif!
King Andrias : How? How do you know that name?
Sprig Plantar : I found this letter in my family's basement. She was the one who betrayed you. Wasn't she?
King Andrias : So what if she was?
Sprig Plantar : She still has something to say to you.
[puts on special glasses and reads it]
Sprig Plantar : "My Dearest Andrias, This message..."
[During the following, we see a flashback revealing an older Leif having been one of the founders of Wartwood, and starting the Plantar family, including the vegetable stand]
Leif : This message may never reach you, but I hope it does. I know you must hate me, but please hear me out. After hiding the music box on Earth, I knew I could never return to the Kingdom.
