Anna Freeloff was an active perpetrator in the murder of Corporal Cartwright, which would make her an accomplice, not an accessory. Now a person who's only involvement was bringing the killer to and from the scene would be an accessory before and after the fact, but Anna helped participate in the act that led to the Corporal's death, that makes her an accomplice. The difference being an accessory would be facing a lesser sentence, but an accomplice to murder faces the exact same sentence as the person who did the actual killing. Unless the sentence is death, in which case the person who actually did the killing is executed and the accomplice is sentenced to life without parole.
Tennet and the Captain along with the Russian asset were going to fly in a Coast Guard C-130 from Hawaii to Manila, a distance of 5300mi, yet a C-130 has a range of around 2700mi depending on its cargo. That would be nearly a 15 hour flight assuming it could be refueled and only a few C-130s have been modified for in-flight refueling.
A C130 could never fly non-stop from Honolulu to Manilla. That is a distance of more than 5000 nmi while a C130 has a action radius of 2050 nmi. So without air-to-air refueling, auxiliary fuel tanks or a stopover the plane would run out of fuel when not even half-way.
