For a casual fan it's okay ,but for me it didn't have the magic that marvel has
Could have had larger implications of multiverse.(certainly not epicted well enough)
It did have some cameos that a fan dreamt were not that promising.
Ridiculous music fight ,like really? Why ?
The visual effects were really cool ,until I figured why there was no character made justice .
Could have exploited the character flaws with strange being always detached with characters around and always ready to sacrifice for greater good but on the other hand Wanda aka scarlet witch always not letting people go ,everytime hard to let go , attached to parents ,brother,vision, and kids. I mean wasn't the series Wandavision is all about families forever. Some ideology clash could have been better with explanation and not just strange being hypocrite. The only explanation they gave for her horror part was the darkhold (not completely acceptable) also her powers not utilised fully , I mean what are you saving these for .
America Chavez is a great character but not explored in the movie as good as it could have been ,seemed just like filler,so it was simply writing to be blamed , however the actor did justice to the role .
Why did we not see vision ,why doctor strange does not look for visions in other universes but only obsessed with himself in all other universes.
Also Wanda using scarlet witch inside her to achieve a miniscule reach to another universe ,why ? I mean Wanda says in the movie that every other universe had her kids ,but why only stick with the same poor family in earth 838 .go find a different family.atleast could have brought white vision.
All the action were hyped but failed to live up.(specially the music fight)
Wanda is a character I love ,such a powerful character but just shown mental ,and was a missed opportunity.she is just shown as one dimensional witchy witch. (Writers might have just hated the character to do such an injustice)
More powerful than the supreme strange ,huh ,so the world threaten by a powerful woman ,and so labelled and acused of being a witch and hence should be killed was so underdeveloped.
I mean a plot could have been much better if another varient of Wanda was a villian and our Wanda from earth616 could have been the savior.to save the day in the multiverse.
And about the illuminati I want to say nothing. I am hoping they have other illuminati in parallel universes to explore.
Loved to watch Peggy in live action after what if , prof. Xavier recalling the comic version was great .
Doctor strange's pocket square turning into cloak was well thought and impressive detail.
