When Lassiter pulls his gun out of the fish tank, he immediately knows it is three bullets light. With water still dripping out of the gun, he wouldn't yet be able to tell its true weight down to the bullet.
When Lassiter, Shawn, Gus, and Woody are deciding to work together to figure out what happened to the dead guy, Lassiter says to Gus, "well you had the dead guy's phone." In actuality, the dead guy had Gus' phone, not the other way around as said by Lassiter.
