- A few enemies, called Harpies, are seen wearing low-cut leather jackets.
- The main enemy's silhouette is seen when she is naked, though no up close or graphic nudity is shown.
- A character at the beginning and end of the game is seen wearing a VERY low cut green top, another character mentioning that he would remember seeing such great ... "eyes."

- The whole game is based around being a vampire, so, as the main character, you often drink the blood of civilians.
- You use a stake to stab vampires and disguised 'pure-bloods,' civilians that, after being staked, will mutate into a large bat-like creature.
- You use lightning powers to fight vampires.

- There is small amounts of profanity, like d*mn and h*ll, and during the final cutscene a character proclaims "Oh, sh*t!"
