Sex & Nudity

- In forensics missions, the player examines naked corpses. However, buttocks aside, no intimate details of any kind are visible.
- One of the female doctors answers the phone immediately after a shower. We see her with a towel draped around her neck covering her bare breasts.
- Some of the female doctors wear outfits that reveal some moderate cleavage.
- During diagnosis, the player has to physically examine the patients by having them lift their shirt up. In one particular level, the patient is a woman with very large breasts, and lifting her shirt reveals a bra that shows a lot of cleavage.
- In one of the first response missions, the player has to cut a woman's shirt. Her breasts become visible after this, but are still partially covered by the cut shirt.
Violence & Gore

- Although the game is focused around surgery, it is highly stylized and unrealistic. There are a few moments where the blood looks realistic, however, such as during cutscenes, when clothes are bloody, when the player overuses a piece of gauze, during blood transfusions, and when large cuts spurt a little blood.
- Many of the forensics levels can get graphic, as they involve analyzing bloodstains at the crime scene or injuries on the corpses.
- The final story path of the game is the most graphic as it deals with a disease that causes people to bleed from their eyes, nose, and mouth before vomiting blood and dying.
Profanity

- A few scattered uses of "bullshit."
- Frequent use of moderate profanity, such as "bastard," "bitch," and "ass/asshole" throughout, as well as mild profanity like "damn," "hell," and "crap."
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- In an early level, a drug smuggler swallows little bags of unidentified drugs, which the player has to retrieve from his body before they open up and kill him.
- The first forensics level is heavily based around cocaine.
- One of the doctors is always seen smoking a cigarette. Another doctor has a brief casual conversation with him about this.
- One doctor mentions how she started a fire in her orphanage as a teenager by smoking in the bathroom.
- Alcohol is discussed, but nobody is ever shown drinking.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- One of the patients is suicidal, and a doctor discusses suicide with her a few times.
- The story has some very emotional and dark moments throughout, with a somber atmosphere over most of it.
- Some of the forensics and diagnosis levels can be emotional.
- The final story path is particularly dark and depressing.
- Definitely not a game to play if you are squeamish, particularly about blood, broken bones, and needles.

- A woman opens her jacket to reveal bombs strapped to her body that cover her bare breasts.
Violence & Gore
- The first response missions are the most graphic, as players have to deal with patients that have severe burns, bloody clothing, and broken bones. The player has to move the broken limbs back into place, which is very hard to watch. They also have to put in a large needle for blood transfusions. In a few of these missions, people will have steel beams impaling them that must be cut out. There is also one instance where a box cutter is used to open an airway.
- A young girl has a bomb explode in her face. Though we don't see her getting injured, we do see the explosion from behind a bush. She is later saved by a doctor, but her house burns down, killing her family.
- A suicide bomber explodes in an airport. Not gory, but the explosion is seen. Blood streams pour from her eyes, nose, and mouth before she explodes due to a disease she has.
- A man shoots several innocent people in a mall.
- A man tries to stab a woman with a screwdriver, but she shoots him in the leg before this can happen.
- A school bus crashes through a mall, injuring many people and burying others under rubble.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The scene where a young girl has a bomb explode in her face and the aftermath is very shocking and upsetting.
- Other assorted scenes such as the mall shooting and the suicide bombing are also rather upsetting.
