The Big List of Summer Movies
We've pulled together all the big (and small) summer movies to keep on your radar, including Kevin Costner's two-part western, Eli Roth's video game adaptation, and a remake of the '90s goth classic, The Crow.

Did you know
- TriviaAccording to Ilana Glazer, she and costar Michelle Buteau have been friends in real life too "for 20 years." In complementing the pair's natural chemistry that's so apparent in the movie, Jon Stewart noted, "You guys are like the... just dirty dirty Laverne & Shirley."
- GoofsWhen Eden visits the testing twins to ask for Claude's contact info, one of the twins says they can't give her the information and spells the acronym for the privacy law HIPPA. The name of the law is the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act, or HIPAA. Someone working in health care would know the correct acronym.

This was a "mystery movie" offering for a reason
I walked out.
It takes a lot for me to do so, because I can think of only two other films I've done it at, but I walked out. This was a mystery movie at my local cinema. $5 for the ticket. No idea of the movie except R rated, not a horror, and about two hours play time.
I would have loved to got my money back.
I cannot explain how annoying I found both female lead characters, but Glazer's character alone was beyond annoying. They doubled down on that factor.
I got half way through, and kept giving Glazer and Pamela Adlon a chance for the good quality comedy I know they are capable of, and then a part happened when Shania Twain's "Let's go girls" trademark line blares out, and "Let's go!" to myself popped in my head.
I cannot believe that this was ever greenlit. Must have been a passion project that got pushed through by some buddy connections. This was garbage.
