Surprising and bitter
Shadowboy_25cm1 August 2022
Warning: Spoilers
The theme of this episode might be 'friends and enemies'.

The feeling that the story of Spear and Fang is about The Old World vs The New World gets really strong in this episode, where Spear meets some gaelic Celts culture.

They don't fit in this world anymore and their fate is, no matter what comes, to stay together, and be it by their own hands.

It's a very bitter episode for Fang. Spear shows his limits of adapting to new circumstances, although he understands the kindness of the Celts.

Touching episode and it's a tough call for the friendship of Spear and Fang.

Gripping story
unspiek24 July 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Fine artwork, gripping story, total anachronisms all over the place which the purist must either endure or watch something else.

Humans and dinosaurs. A stone age human traveling with a mini-tyrannosaur by raft to someplace where modern Scots Gaelic (at least in the subtitles) is spoken. It's all a bit much.

But I like it.

Beautiful, emotional and poetic
kimxboxlive10 August 2022
This show is gorgeous, the cinematography and artwork is constantly breathtaking.

The show is without dialogue (for the most part) - and masterfully navigates around this - there is something lovely about being totally free from exposition. Every single frame of this show is beautiful and does a masterful job of conveys emotions and moving the story forwards. This is a masterclass in effective storytelling.

This episode in particular tells a story about two dinosaurs. With no lines of dialogue, and in less than 20 minutes, the show manages to tell one of the most gripping and beautiful little stories I have seen all year.

This chapter was brutal
seiyafuma26 July 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Let's get something to think about if we see it in the way of a spear this receives you interpose between the friendship of both even if the fang were to mate with this fang it would leave the caveman alone so let's see the colossi of the caveman heaven let him live or I don't know I was facing this, I was going to abandon it after many things that happened together, possibly in the third chapter it will be seen as a kind of isolation between them or possibly they will continue as if nothing had happened because the friendship of these two is very strong and that is what I like of this series the teamwork of a prehistoric human and a prehistoric dinosaur.

Not last episode so dont expect much
dlpgmo17 August 2022
To be fair most of this show is "Edgy stuff and then tragic stuff" very insipid ideas for story telling. The episode is mostly quite pleasing and it's about new begginings and bonding, however dont expect much since this is not the end of the show. And will revert again to the classic over used tropes of past episodes.

It does have a lot of heart touching scenes and it focuses on Fang.
