- A man wakes up to a phone call, when he hangs up we hear a woman sigh and the man looks over and we see the upper back of a naked woman sleeping in the bed.
- A man sits and stands up completely naked. We see his entire front body, but no actual nudity is visible. The scene is too dark for any detail to be made out.
- A collection of distorted corpses fall out of a creature's body. They are all completely naked, and we see rear nudity but all other nudity is not included.
- Young woman is shown completely nude in the intro. Non-sexual.

- A woman prepares to get a haircut before she is gorily decapitated off-screen. We see the disturbing results, and she is covered in blood and the wall behind her is also engulfed.
- A character is injured in a car accident. Half of their face is seen drooping from a pole that slammed into their face. No blood is seen.
- Two characters are involved in a car accident where they crash into a woman in the middle of the road. The woman's lifeless corpse is seen, bloodied and heavily injured. We see blood seep into the car seat after they bring her in.
- A man falls down a wall where several nails are in the wall. He is not severely injured, but we see scratches on his body.
- A man chooses to kill himself in a house fire. We see the house engulf itself in flames as he sits in the middle of the chaos, but we don't see him actually begin to char.
- An episode immediately opens with a shot of a rotting hanging corpse. There is yellow pus all over the corpse's pale body.
- An episode features scenes of characters getting hanged by ropes mid-air by floating giant heads. We hear bone snaps, and we see their lifeless bodies swing around like ragdolls.
- A character's head deflates in a disturbing manner in a way similar to a balloon popping. We see their eyes pop out of their sockets and their decayed/mummified skin.
- A bloodied cat who was hit by a car is seen in the middle of the road.

- Kids melt/rot into ice cream.
- A man pushes his kid out of the way as he licks human-turned-ice cream. This leads to the kids' head sliding off of his neck in a quick shot. Blood is replaced with a substance similar to ice cream, and we see the kids' distorted head look up at his father.
- A mother peels her daughters' infinite skin layers off with brutal, gruesome detail. She uses a knife before using her hands, and we see every part of the prolonged act including the aftermath. This ends with a shot of her daughter's head in its baby form and her daughters' body purely composed of skinny muscle.
- Characters find their corpses from alternative universes buried on the site of their new friend. These corpses are mummified and disturbing to look at.
- A sister finds her late sisters' decapitated head in the attic with her distraught father killed by shock across from it. The sister then attempts to grab the heads' long hair, but her hands are deeply cut by the strands.
- A body inside of another person's body consumes a woman whole. There is no gore, but it is a disturbing scene to watch especially with the included sound effects.
