Karma Yudh is an Indian drama web series, directed by Ravi Adhikari. I absolutely loved it. The series follows the feuds of the Roy family over the succession of its wealthy business. As a group of killers set fire to a Roy factory, the question about the head of the family business raises the. This is a series with much black humour, but it is also wincingly shocking and serious heat amongst its members. There were so many twist and terms it was impossible to put the show down!.The suspense makes one eager to watch and listen attentively. Amazingly written!! All of the characters are awesome given the story I think it was just the right amount of family drama. The family fuss should have been more like the one portrayed in dynasty which is more realistic. It has made me feel suspense, sadness, disgusts and warmth. All in one series..

That was fantastic, by the way. Season after season, we watch as the Roy family fights amongst itself over who should run the family's successful company. As a murderous gang sets fire to a Roy factory, concerns are raised about who is at the helm of the family enterprise. This is a darkly comedic comedy, but it also has some very frightening moments and some very intense conflict between the characters. I couldn't put the program down; there were just too many twists and new words to learn. The tension compels the audience to pay close attention. Incredible work! The plot has just the proper amount of family turmoil, and all of the characters are great because of it. The drama in the family should have been more like that seen on Dynasty. I've experienced a wide range of emotions while reading this book, from warmth to disdain to grief to suspense. All of them together in one set.

Nice plot of the story, however few side stories were not really required unless kept for 2nd season. Cinematography is really good ,however, I feel that in the begining ,charcters could have given enough to time to establish themselves so as to connect with audience very well.

Dialogues are very good, the introducing line "Bangal me kahawat hai" becomes very powerful in the voice of Pranay Pachauri.

The acting of Paoli Dam is excellent at the same time Pranay Pachauri,a rising star amongst the new generation actors is equally superb. In most of the scenes both of them did complete justice with their roles.

The Karamyudh is a display of a royal lineage and the passing of power. The potential for great wealth and power, together with a fantastic ensemble cast and a compelling narrative. Guys, I really recommend this program. Actually, it was one of the greatest shows I've ever seen. I adored the whole cast. The story is interesting, and I like it. It's the greatest choice for you if you appreciate watching criminal shows. Karma Yudh follows the Roy family, a prominent Bengali family, as they navigate life in Kolkata. Some individuals have been slain and burned to death in the city, and it seems to be part of a much larger scale murder. You're going to really like the series because of the excellent music in the background and because Paoli Dam makes a compelling case for her portrayal of Indrani Roy. It includes all the things people are hoping to see. Both of these comedic and crime-based family drama programs have compelling stories that will have you watching till the very end. Karm yuddh is an interesting series with great casting,highly appreciable cinematography,good plot and good dialogues. One or two subplots kills the speed such as naxalites and CBI substory and even press and actress story do not add much thrill to story looking at their footage.

Paoli Dam and Pranay did the complete justice with their role and both of them impressed me with their natural acting prowees natural actor and others also more or less did the justice with their roles. Satish gave a different flavour to the role by remaining silent and thinking mind .Ashutosh, very talented actor was not offered any opportunity to bring something new in this role and season.

Songs are good , background music is also good and sometimes goes overboard in few scenes. I also liked the first introductory dialogue and it's delivery, probably in the voice of Pranay only.

Absolutely loved everything in the show. The characters especially the women of the show are too good. They have all performed like a dream. Paoli after bulbul, Anjana after Saas Bahu achaar and Tara are all killer actors. Ashutosh Rana steals the show but u want more. Why director and writer have kept him from lime light God knows. Satis kaushik is very lazy but passable. He sleep walks through his character which has so much power the show is a must watch this weekend and is a business family show. Next season will be awaited much as tracks are open. Much hype of show and long weekend. Brilliant.

This show is all about Writing. If i get thay part right u got ever right. Ravi Adhikaris direction give 100% support to it. Season 2 will be awaited and is big responsibility on this team.

Well done and a must watch. The actors have done justice too Paoli Tara and anjana sukhani are the best in the show. The best performance is by ashutosh Rana. His role is small but that is also because hs character is saved for a season 2. Watch the series for the writing and direction. The show is stream on Disney and is the Indian succession .it has everything one needs to see in a show. Fantastic tracks.

Very good webseries and the best part is, it is non-nepotism. You will love it.

As always boney kapoor kids are the most rubbish nepo-kids in bollywood along with Amitab bachan's son, David dhrawans son. They all watch their own movies in the theaters.

Coppywood is a big flop now, better watch good hollywood movies and non-nepo-kids webseries.

Watch Nawaz, Pankaj and other independent actors movies and say no to karan jokers druggy and nepo-gang.

Also watch KRK reviews to get a better understanding of which movies to watch and not.

South Korean movies and webseries are also good.

Dont waste your time on copywoods nepo-kids movies, also avoid nepo-kids web series.

The Karam Yudh program is entertaining and suspenseful, a must-watch. Karamyudh is a display of succession and dynasty. Power and wealth, together with a fantastic cast and an intriguing plot I really like this presentation, so don't miss it! Truly one of the greatest I've seen...I adored the whole cast... I do enjoy the storyline!!. If you like watching criminal series, this will be your best pick. The plot of Karma Yudh is set in Kolkata, West Bengal, and focuses on a prominent local family, the Roys. Throughout truth, a large-scale homicide including the murder and burning of many persons has been committed in the city. Paoli Dam has provided a fantastic performance as Indrani Roy, and Saurabh Shukla is also excellent in his role. The series' background music is enchanting, and you will like it much. It has everything the audience want. One is a comedy-based family drama and the other is a crime-based family drama series; their compelling plots will hold your attention until the last episode.

The start of this 8 part series is promising, 2 brothers Satish Kaushik & Rajesh Khattar, their step brother Ashutosh Rana and Khattar's wife Paoli dam all involved in controlling the business empire of the Roy family in Kolkata.

The story, though interesting, has a lot of sub plots like a naxal angle, songs and a love story which slow down the narrative and could have been shortened or avoided totally. The spirit of Kolkata where the series is set, is restricted only to a few aerial drone shots & visuals of yellow cabs and white uniformed cops... Not done !!

The series boasts of an impressive cast with famous names like Satish Kaushik, Ashutosh Rana, Chandan Roy Sanyal among others. However it is Paoli Dam as the ruthless business-woman who is the best of the lot and the emotions conveyed through her eyes speak a lot of her acting prowess. Others have given a decent performance too.

The ending has been left open to pave the way for a second season. All in all , even with its shortcomings, Karm Yuddh is a decent one-time watch.

Going with 3 stars out of 5 for this one.. Adios 🙂!!

This series is about the family war for being the chairman of the business empire

the plot was good but a lot of time was wasted in love story and naxals..the planning shown was also up to the mark where they involved media houses ,killings ,betrayals ,gangsters..the makers should had shown hardcore tactics to earn the chair but they simply wasted time

The series is in 8 episodes where the motion was very slow..paoli played very well the character of vamp with Roy and anjana..pranay looked smart and acted very well trust me he is the dark horse he just needs a good break..it became interesting from the last 4 episodes

Again the greed for 2nd season was present as the main climax did not conclude and when they will come with the 2nd season this plot will be shown in some other series.

Ashutosh Rana Good, Some people will say Same Acting like Old) and Paoli Dam Fine work.

Storyline is Good(Somewhere Full), Full of Drama, Emotions, Intense and Revenge.

Satish Kaushik - Performed well.

Some Scenes or Parts of the Episodes are Just there actually I was not getting the sense of having that angle there, that just make it longer.

Some Scenes are just put there to extend the series length. Not only leads actors, Some actors performed well and keep you engage and Some Half Baked.

Very nicely written but not Presented.

Like the show is good with very good performances and looks grand but the writing could have been better. Too many characters distract you from the main story which is far more interesting then the sub-tracks. It was quite confusing but in a good way. I'm still unsure of few things and this is what makes it interesting. People will wait for next season as all the episodes have something so unique that it's hard not to watch all of them back-to-back. After a long time, you get a fresh thrilling content. It's worth giving a shot and obviously far better and different than usual Bollywood drama. All the characters have done justice to the show and it keeps you hooked till the end and leads to a brilliant climax.

It can't compete with other legendary Webseries The story and videography is nowhere near to real life Lack of method acting Bla bla bla everytime I hear the conversations in this serial It should not be called as webseries It is serial grade drama Why Bangali actors not involved in Story based on Bangal Where the hell is Bangali accents I don't even have words to tell how bad this serial is.

I was having high expectations from this show as the cast in the show is awesome but story and suspense isn't that great which can make you sit in front or TV like Criminal Justice.

Basically ok to watch if you are fan of web series who want to spend their weekend with TV when none of the choice available Hopefully in the next season they do well Great acting by Ashutosh Rana as always.

Subtitles don't match the dialogues. Specifically, when Indrani's party-loving stepson Abhimanyu (Ankit Bisht) is introduced. While the voiceover indicates that she loves him as her own blood child, the subtitles imply some incestual attraction.

First of all, direction is pathetic. Slow pace and repetitive scenes make it boring. Series is full of unnecessary abusive words. Director has unnecessary put sex scenes in the series to make it unwatchable with family. Ashutosh Rana has been completely wasted. He appears only 10-20 scenes per episode, the rest of it is just teen love story drama. It's a teen love drama with teenagers having sex with their friend's mothers.

The first episode gives you the hope that this series is going to be good but then it keeps falling down.

Acting is not bad, it's just the direction where the problem is.

The story of the battle of power within the Roy family is neither engaging nor interesting . It moves at a slow pace with a lot of unneccesary subplots that have nothing to do with the story. Maybe these kind of stories of rich upper class i dont find them relatable or anything new. Too much commercialization here and there, media shown too over the top.

When setting in Kolkata, one expects to get the vibes of bengal but all you have is a bunch of South Bombay actors (except maybe Paoli Dam, shes from bengal) who speak in full fluent hindi and do not justify the bengali titles given to them. Wont have made much of a difference if it was set in Mumbai or delhi. There are a lot of talented bengali actors in Bengal film industry who would have done a better job but Bollywood doesnt care to explore them all they care about is either their own Bombay stars or some random star from some corner of India who come into trend for some reason or the other.

Sluggish screenplay. Bad casting except for Paoli & Ashutosh Rana. Satish Kaushik doesn't fit in the role of strong powerful business tycoon. His presence & voice lacks the aura of such characterization. I can only fancy Saurabh Shukla in his place. Similar body type but way powerful presence. Satish kaushik fits well in cute funny characters not a character of this weight. All the other characters are extremely unengaging boring & unconvincing. Seems like the director had put together bits of every series (his favorites on OTT) that deals with similar genre. It lacks originality depth & potential to grip audiences. Every casting is a mismatch the most terrible being the young lot & chandan roy sanyal. He doesn't even look like a media giant. Frail casting for larger than life roles. A sheer wannabe attempt. Pushed myself hard till second episode hoping for some engaging factor but nothing really changed but worsened. As a bong had high hopes but they neither could pull off Bengal rightly except locations nor a gripping content. Na ghar ka na ghaat ka. Disappointed.

The basic storyline is excellent, it could have been told so much better! Seems like a great storyline was poked and prodded to stretch it to the required number of hours that were needed to complete the eight episodes. You know the scenes are too prolonged and stretched when you start using the fast forward option every now and then..

The main cast has done a pretty job but some of the support cast takes away from the scenes rather than add to it. Little sub plots and love affairs added nothing except to desperately add long sexual moments to titillate the audience. The last resort of a weak story teller in their desperate attempt to hook some audiences into the show at any cost. Well one can still watch the show just skip it here and there as it was probably meant to be a 4-5 episode plot which has been stretched to 8!
