You can't put a price on a life (but there is one)

So we know that not all lives matter. The Alaska State Government spends a million dollars a day trying to find a white woman, but spare no resources for a native woman. But so what? What should be done about this missing white woman syndrome? The lack of an answer in these questions makes this episode feeling incomplete.

I find it laughable that the Commissioner blames the media for the unequal treatment.

Furthermore, although I like Eileen's drive to find the truth, I don't like the route she's using to get there. It's one thing she uses the gala to get to the Governor. But it's another thing to use it to get to her employer's father.
