- A man beats another man's head in with a crowbar. Non-graphic.
- Zombies are graphically killed. A man's head is brutally smashed in with a crowbar with full detail of brain being crushed. Rick kills a man with a machete by slicing his head in half in an extremely shocking and graphically gory and terrifying moment.
- This episode is terrifying/gory and shocking/violent.
- Hershel's graphic wound from the previous episode is shown in the opening with gore and blood spurting out graphically, however this is very brief. Afterwards his chopped off leg is shown on the ground.
- T-Dog stabs a zombie in the chin with a graphic blood spray.
- A zombie is shot in the head with a crossbow with blood splattering.
- A man's graphic and gory leg wound is shown a lot of times throughout the episode.
- Lots of bloody dead zombies are shown on the prison grounds. This is deeply disturbing.
- The prisoners graphically kill a bunch of bloody zombies with baseball bats, shovels, pickaxes and more. A man sadistically punches a zombie's stomach with knuckledusters until it bursts wide open. This whole sequence is brief but fairly graphic.
- A woman stabs a zombie in the eye with an iron pole. Bloody and graphic.
- The prisoners and Rick's group fight a third batch of zombies. This is by far the most graphic zombie fight scene in the episode as it is clearer to see than the others. Lots of graphic blood as zombies are killed in different ways with arrows, axes, bars, screwdrivers, machetes and hammers. A zombie is shoved on Rick in this scene but is stabbed in the the head with some quick blood.
- Rick shoves a machete into a prisoner's head and right down into his forehead. Blood sprays everywhere and drips down the prisoner's face and this whole scene is incredibly impactful, shocking, disturbing and graphic.
- A woman practices performing a C-Section on a zombie with a gory eye wound. We only see her push the knife into the zombie for a second and while the rest is offscreen, this scene is still extremely disgusting.
- A man shoots two zombies in the head and blood sprays and splatters everywhere.
