- This episode is not one of season three's most violent but is still extremely graphic and moments and the whole episode is insanely creepy and unsettling.
- A helicopter crash is shown and a severed head is lying in the head nearby. Andrea pukes at the sight of this. Not very violent but kind of gross.
- In the aftermath of a helicopter crash a man is shown split in half with his guts spilled everywhere. Disturbing and graphic.
- A zombie is shot in the head with an arrow and blood spurts for a couple of seconds. Very violent.
- Two zombie's heads are smashed open with a bat. Extremely graphic with lots of blood, gore and brains shown as well as the person doing it clearly taking sadistic enjoyment out of it.
- A man shoots an arrow into a zombie's eye with a large blood spurt. Violent and graphic.
- A man stabs two zombies in the head and two women think the zombies are humans and are horrified. The first stabbing is shown and is graphic with brains shown and blood leaking and the second is offscreen.
- A woman carries around two jawless and armless zombies with lots of gore on them. She ends up decapitating them with brief but graphic blood.
- A man with a metal arm that has a knife attacked to it stabs a zombie in the chin with blood quickly hitting his metal arm. The usual level of graphic zombie violence you can expect from this show.
- Two jawless decapitated zombie heads are shown for a couple of minutes with graphic wound detail.
- A group of army workers are graphically shot down in a shocking twist. A lot of blood spurting is shown.
- In an extremely horrific plot twist, it is revealed a man keeps severed zombie heads in fish tanks to watch for his own enjoyment. Gory wounds are briefly seen but the impact of the scene is a lot more terrifying.
