- Several men find gory zombie limbs and a zombie's back that are used to spell out a warning. A woman jumps out of the woods and attacks them by decapitating one graphically and stabbing another man violently. A bullet then skims her leg and she runs away.
- Several dead and decapitated zombies are shown in a dark corridor. Bloody and scary.
- Dead human bodies are shown after an attack including a graphic view of a decapitated body with a graphic neck wound.
- A zombie with a violent and gross neck wound is stabbed in the head with large blood spurts. This is violent but relatively quick and over-the-top.
- A woman jumps out of the woods and quickly stabs a man (bloodless and he is fine after) before another man kicks her and they begin to fight brutally with her breaking his nose. Zombies then attack them and the woman crawls away and disembowels one with an extremely graphic shot of all of its gory intestines spilling out and landing on top of her body and face. Another zombie is then stabbed in the head with a cleaver with large blood spurts and thick blood leaking out of its mouth.
- A zombie is stabbed through the chin and in the brain and extremely graphic blood splatters everywhere. Explicit.
- A man shoots a teenage boy with blood and brains spurting out briefly but this is very graphic and shocking.
- A woman is shown covered in zombie guts a lot of times. This is gross and graphic.
- All of the scenes where Michonne attacks the Governor's men in the woods are extremely graphic and violent
- A man with a bloody broken nose terrorises a couple and kidnaps them in a terrifying and violent scene.
- A dead man is found with a knife stuck in his large chin. Daryl pulls the knife out and pus comes out and blood sprays everywhere graphically.
- In a shocking twist a teenage boy is shot in the head with blood and brain matter spraying everywhere.
