The handcuffs holding Melinda 1 to the interrogation room desk are not tight enough. Enough a third of the way up her forearms, they still look fairly loose, so she could get out of them with little difficulty.
A photo of a CIA team that Jimmy dates between 1987-89 shows one man carrying a Colt M4A1 carbine with an Aimpoint CompM2 red dot reflex sight. The first M4 prototypes were made in 1987, with the Marines ordering a few hundred for testing, but the military did not formally adopt the M4 for use until 1991. Specifically the M4A1 variant made by Colt was not issued to the military until 1994, it did not exist in any form prior to 1993. The Aimpoint CompM2 was the first red dot sight used by the US military and was adopted in 2000.
