Federico Conforti, the son of Carlo Conforti, is played by two different actors: Andrea Miglio Risi in season 1 and Francesco Sferrazza Papa in season 2.
In season 2 the screenwriters tried to give visibility to the Parmigiano Reggiano, a cheese produced in Northern Italy. This was intended as an aid to the zone where the cheese is produced, which was heavily affected by an earthquake in 2012, some months before season 2 was aired.
Two receipt books with the same name of the series were published by Fivestore (the publishing house of Mediaset, the television producing the series) during the broadcasting of the two seasons. They have been written by screenwriter Pietro Valsecchi together with food critic Andrea Grignaffini.
