Claudia says Olivia (Steve's sister) was killed in a "robbery gone bad". She was actually killed in the crossfire of a gang war.
In this episode we meet Steve's mother. However, in "Personal Effects" as Steve is retrieving his belongings from his Dead-Agent Room, the control panel lists him as: "Living relatives: none."
After Pete gets punched in the mill he points at Cody with his right hand but in the next scene he is pointing with his left.
Emma (Steve's mother) says it's been two years since their fallout over the sentencing of Olivia's killer because of Emma's protests against the killer receiving the death penalty. However this shouldn't even have been a point of contention for them in the first place because New Jersey abolished the death penalty in 2007, well before the sentencing is alleged to have taken place.
