I am not sure what to make of this season of The Righteous Gemstones. There have been some really funny moments, particularly whenever Uncle Baby Billy is on screen, but this was just a mess of some of the worst parts of the show.
The Peter Montgomery character is so bad and they need to stop acting like there are all these rival churches who have the power to kill dozens of people at once. Whatever you may think of religion and the for profit side of things, I think even in a show on HBO it is too much.
I am in the minority clearly as people love this show, but I am kind of bored by it right now.
