The Donkey Kong machine that is seen at the arcade is not an actual arcade machine. The game select screen is taken from the classic NES home version of the game, the high scores entry screen in the arcade game never allowed players to input six letters for a high score, and neither the arcade or home editions of Donkey Kong allowed for a score of double digit points, points were always counted as hundreds. The machine shown is a mock-up version used as plot development in the episode and should not be representative of an actual, true to life, Donkey Kong Arcade machine.
The character of Avraham refers to the Hebrew Bible as "the Old Testament" when talking with a group of other hasidim. An Orthodox Jew would never refer to it that way in talking to other Orthodox Jews, since it implies a "New Testament", which they categorically deny. They would instead use "Tanakh" or "Torah", but for the sake of poetic license of a television show, "Hebrew Bible" or even "Bible" would do.
