When one of Mindy's employees is showing her something new she learned Morgan comes in to try save him by throwing him up against the wall. Mindy runs into someone else who lives in her apartment and try's to make plans with her to hang out. Mindy is told of a possible law suit but she does not seemed worried about it. Sofia then comes in to Mindy looking for some birth control. Danny has to hold a meeting with Morgan and Shania because he does not look good at Shania. She was not the one with the complaint. Sofia wants the birth control and Mindy insists on meeting Sofia's boyfriend in her high school. When Mindy meets Henry she starts to ask him some questions. Mindy has to sit in a bean bag chair and is unable while she talks to the two about the problems of having sex. Betsy tells Danny that she wrote the complaint about Morgan staring at Shania. Sofia gets to see Mindy's boyfriend first and Sofia asks so many questions. When Sofia brings up marriage Josh does not want to get married because he is not a forever guy. Mindy calls Gwen for advice and is told all guys say not forever. To make Betsy feel better Danny has to complaint her to make her feel better about how she looks. Mindy goes visit Sofia again and gives some advice to the whole volley ball team about their futures. Mindy gets arrested after giving the kids condoms with Danny coming to bail her out. Sofia then tells Mindy she is going to wait. Sofia's friend Ben is in love with Mindy and she really loves it. Mindy finds Josh out on her front step apologizing for what she said. Funny episode but some things just felt to forced with Mindy continuing to be funny.
