When Amanda and Nikita are tied up, Amanda is on the left with Nikita on the right. After the fire starts, their positions are switched.
Swiss license plates start with two letters representing the canton (state) where the car is registered followed by 5 to 7 numbers, but no extra letter. Yet all the license plates in this episode have an extra letter that is definitely not swiss. For example the car that Alex drives has a plate "GE 7425C6", there should be a number instead of the letter C.
While Alex, Krieg, and Stefan are escaping, a bullet is fired at a cinder block wall and a bullet hole is briefly shown.
When Nikita is talking with Michael on the phone, Krieg's timer is displayed in German. Basically every word on that timer is incorrectly or literally translated from English (e.g. "sekundenbleiben" for "seconds remaining").
When Ari's son Stefan is first introduced, the intertitle indicates that his school is located in Leysin, Switzerland. Later, Birkhoff says that the schools is "just outside Geneva." Geneva and Leysin are in fact on opposite sides of Lake Geneva. If one drives along the south shore of Lake Geneva, through France, the two cities are at least 60miles (or about 75km) apart. Driving along the north shore in order to remain in Switzerland is a distance of at least 80 miles (or 125km).
