  A.D.A. Rafael Barba : I know. It's an endless disappointment to NYPD that we don't summarily execute people you arrest. This isn't a conspiracy. She saw a first offense, contrition, no violence in the encounter.

  Detective Olivia Benson : I saw a woman who's traumatized, who doesn't realize the danger that she's in.
