- A kaiju tries to destroy a cruise ship, breaking windows and drowning a few people (they are drifting underwater for a few seconds). Invincible tries to stop it but gets flung a few times. Another character flies through the kaiju and kills it. There is a rain of blood and the ocean turns bloody.
- Another Viltrumite threatens to decapitate Amber if Invincible doesn't talk to her. She has a strong grip on her neck. He manages to convince her to let go of her. Amber is shaken up but ok.
- A man watches past footage of him dying in graphic ways.
- Monster Girl destroys a decoy Robot. Nothing bloody.
- Rex battles an alien and ends up with a bloody nose. He uses a laser from his hand to knock it out.
- A super human character is shown recovering in a hospital in a coma. It is said all her bones are broken, but there's nothing nasty shown.
- A character dreams of being in a lab with mutilated humans and DA Sinclair with a saw. Sinclair cuts him and there's brief blood splatter, but the character wakes up. He clearly is suffering from flashbacks and PTSD.

- Rick is on a ledge threatening to jump and commit suicide. Donald and William talk him down, and Rick is seen with PTSD nightmares. Very intense.
