The epic conclusion of Zoro vs. King in One Piece is simply mind-blowing! The intense battle between the two warriors reaches its peak, leaving fans on the edge of their seats. Zoro's determination and unwavering spirit shine through as he unleashes his full potential, showcasing his incredible swordsmanship. King, equally formidable, fights back with his monstrous form and devastating attacks. The clash of swords and the stunning animation make this battle an absolute visual treat. The moment of triumph arrives as Zoro delivers the final blow, leaving viewers in awe. The conclusion of Zoro vs. King is a spectacular display of power, skill, and sheer excitement that no One Piece fan should miss!

The best Zoro fight yet!
MrArigato21 May 2023
The recent episode of One Piece delivered one of the most exhilarating and intense battles in the series to date, with Roronoa Zoro crossing swords with the formidable King. The animators pulled out all the stops, delivering a spectacle that not only showcased the characters' strengths and weaknesses but also redefined the benchmark for animated fight scenes.

The attention to detail, from the character movements to their expressions, was simply astounding. The high-octane clash between Zoro and King was punctuated with fast-paced action, but there were also quiet moments that allowed the intensity of the situation to sink in. These lulls were used to effectively build tension and the viewer's anticipation for the coming storm.

The choreography of the battle was breathtakingly imaginative, pushing the limits of what one expects from an animated fight scene. Zoro's swordsmanship was showcased in all its glory, while King's raw power and speed proved a formidable challenge. The dynamic camera angles and fluid animation gave the fight an incredible sense of scale and depth, making every moment of the clash feel impactful.

It's one of the best episodes I've seen in my life. The Toei is surpassed to offer us one of the best cinematographic of all time. What a pleasure to see a work as cult as One Piece have the level of a river anime and be even better.

I invite every person not following the work to put as soon as possible, the work is funny, incredible, epic, best fight best music best character best design. You miss the story of not following this incredible fried chicken.

Thanks to Oda and the Toei and the shueisha also offers us quality on any medium, both manga and anime and series soon with Netflix.

One piece is ma favorite show.

BEST ONE PIECE EPISODE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
zer0uchiha22 May 2023
Warning: Spoilers
IDK why the rating is 9.9 😭 Y'all just had to ruin the 10/10 it better reach 10/10, this was the most insane One Piece episode istg!!!!!!!!!!!! The animation, king's face reveal, king's past, magma beyblade king, all the Haki colorings, king's magma attack (Akainu is not ready for Zoro) the "Z" reference. Also some little details many won't notice, Zoro spelling his name using Armament Haki and two little amogus hidden in the animation, how can this not be the greatest One Piece Episode? I hope it gets the rating it deserves. C'mon guys, please get this episode to a higher rating! It earned it.

Easily one of the best animated episodes
dafarhangtingz21 May 2023
The amount of talent, time and effort that went into this episode is absolutely insane. It made me want to take my time to come and make this review. Hands down one of the best animated episodes of anime across time. Visually stunning and captivating. Toei is a craftsman of this generation. Not only the animation but the backstories that were portrayed in this episode, shirt, sweet and concise made the episode all the more enjoyable. I cannot wait to see what else in store and how they could possibly beat this. As an anime watcher I can say without doubt or bias that this was one of the top 3 most enjoyable episodes I have ever witnessed.

King Of Hell
connorwillock21 May 2023
Zoro and Toei animation studio absolutely blew me and my expectations for this episode out of the water, if you're looking for a 10/10 episode you've found it, this is peak cinema. I couldn't have asked for more from this episode, knowing the story line I only expect the quality to continue to trend upwards, really the climax of Wano kuni will be amazingly done, I can hardly wait to see what the animation staff have in store for specific future episodes and to see how the story will progress manga wise I can only assume toei will continue to shock and blow our minds as they've done for months now with this arc.

Amazing episode one of the greatest animation I've ever seen this is by far the best one piece episode of all time I could even say I have this fight over ifrit sanji and this just makes me more hyped for gear 5 imagine how much work and effort will be put into the animation of gear 5 and the rumors about toei animation collab with looney tunes makes it even more cool also the impact frames in this episode were outstanding or the animators even human or are they superhuman cause the impact frames that show king as a kid aging until now were beautiful keep this up toei and gear 5 can surely break the internet.

Best episode of one piece this year!
DJ2_Freeman21 May 2023
Warning: Spoilers
This episode was Amazing, it was worth the week wait 1000% there's not a lot to talk about since it's mostly a fight the whole episode but good lord it probably has the best animation of any episode this year and one of the best fights I've seen so far all year. The animation is phenomenal and so smooth. Lots of love was put into this episode. If your here and haven't seen this yet drop this review and go watch it, it's incredible. But this episode is the conclusion to zoro and kings fight and contains a bit of kings backstory. It starts with them continuing their fight with zoro cutting kings mask off and finally cutting king in the process. It's confirmed that kings a lunarian to zoro and kings men so king kills them to silence them. They continue their battle outside. King reflects back on his first encounter with kaido on punk hazard as kaido breaks and sets king free while escaping. Kings was being experimented on because of his races power and kaido took note and freed him. Alber is revealed to be kings real name then Kaido gives him the name king and says he's his right hand man from then on. Remembering this motivates him to fight zoro even harder than before. After more incredible battling zoro performs the dragon damnation on king to win the fight, and while kings falling he remembers telling kaido he thinks that kaido is joyboy and he tells him that he'll remain the strongest and he'll never lose before it transitions to zoros promise to become the greatest swordsman to luffy and Mihawk. Zoro declares himself the king of hell. King falls off of onigashima to end the episode. Easily the best episode of one piece this year. 10/10.

I'm a huge fan of One Piece manga and i can't wait too see this battle, all the frame are amazing, and event with 3 rewacht, i don't see everything. So perfect, I'm not someone who loves full bright and colors but this is... PERFECT ! Can't wait too see Luffy against Kaido !! Oda started too write a little bit faster but the anime will complet everything like we have imagined. I have very huge expectations but it can't be better than that ! Hope all fight go this side, like Robin against Black Maria and Sanji against Queen. So amazing!!

Yes but no.

Warning: Spoilers
Loved this chapter in Manga.

But I dont embrace the animation style one piece is getting lattely.

Last fight episodes have been much closer to Dragon Ball than a One piece episode with all those flames and light effects, while the movements itself were kind of lazy.

Them even re-used zoro attacks just adding flashes, and sometime, all u could see in the screen were flames or blue lights instead of the movements of the characters.

Also one piece anime has the problem every single long anime has. Them fear to reach the original manga so them make the chapters last much longer than what it should.

However is that or adding filling arcs that noone cares about, like them abused to do in Naruto... So I dnt know whats actually worse.

Just to clarify despite my review... I love this manga.

However.. The anime havent ever reached back the level it had with Ennies Lobby-Impel Down-Marinefold...

Easily the most visually appealing episode of one piece..
Theoldfart12321 May 2023
Vincent chansard is king, damn what an animation sequence by him that was. I am completely baffled by how they kept the animation fluid throughout the episode. The incoporation of auras, although i know a lot of viewers hate them, was perfectly done. It wasn't like 1033 and it's evident how the op staff is improving.

I'd say this was done better than the last episode where Sanji's fight seemed a little rushed just like manga. I was expecting them to expand the fight just like this episode and emphasize more on sanji's speed. This episode they made king and zoro look so strong and magnificent that manga pales in comparison. Whatever they did past episodes, these two episodes combined give me so much hype for what's to come. It's gonna be internet breaking for sure. Love to see toei finally putting so much effort into this albiet some discrepancies here and there.

Warning: Spoilers
It really doesn't get any better than this....................People can say what they want about bad pacing in a show that is weekly but episodes like this is why we are willing to deal with it. A weekly anime is outshining seasonal shows with fluid animation unlike any other. I truly wonder what Toei's plans are for gear 5 because what we just watched today has left my mind boggled and my eyes yearning for more of this greatness. One of the greatest fights coming from OP This is truly the year of One Piece and I'm glad to be caught up on the journey with everyone else who watched this masterful episode.

Zoro The king of hell
shajcruise21 May 2023
"Finally, we got to witness the crowning glory of anime with 'The King of Hell.' This episode, crafted by the brilliant minds behind TOE and Oda, stands tall among the greatest anime episodes of all time. From start to finish, it captivates and mesmerizes, leaving a lasting impression that will reverberate through the annals of animation history. Kudos to the writers for their exceptional character development. The emotional depth portrayed by the characters in 'The King of Hell' is simply astounding. The nuances and complexities of their personalities are flawlessly portrayed, creating a profound connection between the audience and the animated world.

Additionally, the sound design and musical score deserve special mention. The meticulously chosen sound effects and the captivating soundtrack heighten the intensity of each scene, making it an immersive auditory delight.

Best one piece episode EVER!!!
muhumedrabio21 May 2023
I ain't hearing y'all out at all. This episode was a masterpiece, truly remarkable, and its better than all the other one piece episode with 1015 coming in close second. I didn't know Toei was even capable of animation this amazing. It's definitely rivaling Demon Slayer. Also props to the animator Vincent who was the one who animated the last 5 mins! He truly carried this episode, and it's a bummer that he's only doing full time in Wano. After seeing this episode, it makes you wonder how good Gear 5 episode let alone Mihawk vs Zoro 🔥! One piece is carrying this 2023, and it's not even close!! Also stop downvoting this episode. It doesn't deserve a 1/10 at all. At the very lowest 8.5 or even 9/10.

I'm speechless. I don't know how to feel right now. I just finished the episode not 5 minutes ago and im just sitting here on the couch with the my heart racing. This level of combat animation is found nowhere. The action sequences down to single frame scene are immaculate. You are not finding this animation anywhere else. Back to back. Peak one piece right here. I can't wait for gear 5. If this is the animation that zoro and sanji get, just imagine luffy's final moments against Kaido. Anyways, spectacular episode. Toei animation, i commend your efforts and i hope you give your animators a break once in a while. Easiest 10 i have given in my life. Zoro is the king now. Absolute 🐐

One of the greats?
superzeb21 May 2023
This shi frickin gas bro.

This episode exemplifies the pinnacle of anime storytelling, combining stunning animation, intense action sequences, and profound character development.

From the very beginning, the episode sets a relentless pace, immersing viewers in the heart-pounding battle between Zoro and King. The animation quality is nothing short of breathtaking, with fluid movements, vibrant colors, and meticulous attention to detail. Each sword slash, each clash of Haki, is captured with incredible precision, making every frame a visual spectacle.

But it's not just the animation that shines in this episode. The character development elevates the entire experience. Zoro's determination to overcome his limits and protect his crewmates is on full display, showcasing his unwavering resolve and indomitable spirit. King, too, is a formidable adversary, with his complex personality and enigmatic past slowly unveiled, adding layers of intrigue to the narrative.

The battle itself is a masterclass in choreography and strategic combat. Zoro's swordsmanship reaches new heights as he employs awe-inspiring techniques, combining his immense strength and exceptional skill to push himself beyond his known limits. The clash of their powers is so intense that it keeps viewers on the edge of their seats, eagerly awaiting the next move.

What makes this episode truly outstanding is its emotional depth. The episode delves into the characters' backstories and motivations, allowing us to connect with them on a profound level. We witness Zoro's personal growth, his struggles, and his unyielding loyalty to his friends. King's journey is equally compelling, as we learn about his past, his inner conflicts, and his evolution as a character. The emotional resonance adds another layer of intensity to the already gripping battle.

The episode's climax is a satisfying culmination of the buildup, leaving viewers in awe of the sheer brilliance displayed. As Zoro delivers the final blow and emerges victorious, the sense of triumph and catharsis is palpable, filling the air with an electrifying energy that lingers even after the credits roll.

In conclusion, perhaps one of the greatest anime episode of all time, featuring Zoro's epic battle against King, is an absolute masterpiece. It exemplifies the very essence of anime, blending exceptional animation, intense action, and profound storytelling. This episode will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression on fans, etching its name in the annals of anime history.

Warning: Spoilers
This episode was absolutely ridiculous. The animation was a 10 the choreography of the fight was maybe a 9 only because sanji 2 weeks ago and the story and plot for kings character was a nice touch. I appreciated the comparison of both first commanders and their promises to their captains to never be deafeated again right before zoro became the Victor of the battle. All the animators did fantastic jobs and it was easy to tell when they switched because you could notice the change in style however I didn't matter because every scene was a 10/10 it was easily comparable to demonslayer and was honestly better in my opinion.

AMAZING EPISODE
saphi-4659421 May 2023
This episode was amazing everything about it was phenomenal from the animation to the pacing, this is personally one of my favourite episodes and I'm so glad I got to experience this all in the moment with no spoilers or anything! I'm not going to say too much because I don't want to spoil anything but the big fight scene in this is probably one of the best so far and I don't think any other show is coming close and that is crazy considering that this is a weekly anime! It's also really sad to see people review bombing this because they have nothing better to do and know that one piece fans are eating good! Absolute peak episode, I LOVE ONE PIECE!

PEAK
Muhanadx721 May 2023
Warning: Spoilers
From the first second to the last, peak on toppa peak on toppa peak. King was way more majestic than I thought he would be, and some zoro scenes were so good they lowkey frightened me. One of the top 3 episodes in one piece so far. Some key frames were out of this world, and the elemental animation was excellent. These fights felt kind of lacking in the manga; however, the anime's added scenes, adjusted impact, flashback no jutsu, and pure ass kicking made it feel like a complete fight. I love the sounds of zoro's slashes, king's rage and the deep scary vibrating "KING OF HELL" from zoro. PEAK FICTION.

sifattafsir22 May 2023
I heard some people saying that Sanji is stronger than Zoro after watching Sanji vs Queen fight. That time I really thought why were they saying that without even waiting for Zoro and King fight. I hope now their senses are back to normal. Zoro is almost equal to Luffy if you ask me. He is the best. No hate for Sanji, I really love him, but Sanji will never come as close as Zoro because Zoro has greater target than Sanji. Sanji can easily be defeated by a strong woman enemy while Zoro will fight whoever poses a threat to Luffy. And about the animation, there is nothing to say. They fixed their colour problem with such efficiency that you gotta love the colours. One Piece crew is doing a great job. 👍

"KING OF HELL".

Easily the best ever animated episode of one piece so far. The staging of events from the start to end was so good. That little glimpse of king's backstory added beautiful touch to this episode stating his beliefs and ideologies and how loyal he is for Kaido. More than battle of the strongest, I see this as the battle of ideologies and loyalty. Zoro was different in this one. When ma said "I shall become king of hell' chills throughout my body. He felt more like a demon. Man is so resolved of becoming the world's greatest swordsman and making Luffy as the king of the pirates. Overall an awesome episode.

Expect nothing less from the greatest story of fiction ever written, animation is just a 10 , storyline 10 pacing 9.6, but yk one piece is just too good that it needs more episodes 1000 episodes is not enough,i and the whole community will be devastated when the last episode is among us, Boys and girls just take in every single episode like there is no tomorrow, because when that last episode is here real men and real women will have tears coming down their faces, The mysteries that are still yet to be solved which will finallly all be answered will finally be answered by the last episode, But knowing oda he will leave us on a masssive cliff hanger when the anime is finished. Basically i just waffled to get the minimum character requirement.
