This isn't so bad that it's funny. It's just bad
Here's the thing with shows like this, and stories like "The Exorcist" and "Rosemary's Baby"--they're only scary if you believe in the christian mythology.
Right off the bat, there are several major problems with the first story. 1: Witchcraft and christian demons have nothing to do with each other. 2: Witchcraft and new age stuff isn't demonic. Witchcraft is NOT the same thing as Satanism. Witchcraft is not satanic. Pentagrams are not Satanic. 3: Saging is not a gateway drug to demons or demonology. 4: Saging does not wearing silly hooded robes. 5: If you're prayers can be stopped by someone putting a few pieces of quarts down next to you, your prayers can't be all that strong or powerful, can they?
Things that I found hilariously stupid (beyond the whole way this show is presented) Demons are from the other side of the life/death divide? Really? That shows an amazing irrational level of FEAR of Death. The guy has been an exorcist for ten years, but the first case that convinced him that what he was doing was real was four years ago? What was he doing the first six years? Faking it? What the heck kind of real estate agent buys a house without doing a walk-through? You know, where you might notice things like bloody mattresses and mirrors that had been painted over? Not to mention weird graffiti? That's just basic real estate 1A (not even 101). If the woman was killed in that house, why didn't she scream her fool head off first? She was in the middle of a massive housing complex--one of her neighbors might have heard her in time to get help. What kind of idiot scrapes a knife across the surface of a mirror? Especially in the middle? If anything, you do so at the edge, and use solvents to work over the rest.
These stories (and that's all they are) are stupid, poorly thought out, and highly illogical.
Who is the target audience for this show? Is it for college drinking games?
