Ken Burns she ain't
Hardcore porn features on screen began with documentaries (including fake ones), and for some reason the successful femme pornographer proudly returns to that format five decades later with her "We Love Girls Project" series.
This two-fer packaged as VOD is a nothing burger: two sets of random actresses (though a cheap plug implied for me that their modeling agency had something to do with the selections) humping away for an hour each, including plenty of screen time devoted to Bree as host/manipulator. It feels more like an ego-trip than anything else: think Hugh Hefner's ego gratification of always being surrounded by a bevy of his female employees, call them models or Playmates.
Bree employs a truly pointless gimmick in each ot the two shoots: she emphasizes herself keeping the two actresses separated until actual shooting occurs, sort of like the old hetero tradition of groom not able to see the bride until the ceremony.
Actual lovemaking is standard, even a it mechanical, and by throwing writing and characters into the waste basket, emerges as generic. Alina Lopez and Kendra Spade are great friends so they're comfortable working together, as if that matters. Earning a paycheck and genuine eroticism are different things in the final analysis.
Inclusion of BTS content is boring -so we get to see makeup artist Cammy Ellis on screen applying touches -big deal. One senses Bree is prouder of this filler than her fictional content; so be it.
