What happened to their bodies? Why did elf guy have to leave his body behind? Where is Melinda and Sing's bodies? Why didn't Merlin make them immortal and spare the human hosts from suffering?
Next thing, I always assumed that the spirits had to be put in certain bodies, maybe reincarnation like in Naruto where the spirit is split into identity and pure soul. BUT! We have seen in previous episodes, that doesn't matter. Robot Top Hat can spam that power however it likes. So, what the fudge is happening?
Next thing, another thing that doesn't get addressed: heart of the Forrest is supposed to detect lies and destroy people who are deceptive. I wonder what is doing with New King Borther Elf deceiving everyone.
Sing has been shown exploring the spirit realm maybe days in the real world, and he doesn't age at all. This episode implies that he does age, he just ages like the quote: "you're as old as you feel".
I am just going to say this: If this cartoon gets a sequel, it will be a miracle, it basically deconstructed everything it built up.
