Where's an invisibility cloak when you need one? Daniel Radcliffe couldn't be more excited to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child when it hits the stage, but as he explained to People and Entertainment Weekly editorial director Jess Cagle, getting into a theater unnoticed would take a bit of magic. Asked if he thinks it would be weird for him to see the upcoming play, the Swiss Army Man star said, "It would be, but I don’t think actually because of the show. I think more because of the audience that will be sitting in it. I think...

There's a reason Ralph Fiennes was chosen to portray He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named in the Harry Potter movies - he's scary, even to his costars! In the latest episode of The Jess Cagle Interview, Daniel Radcliffe reveals that the villains of the Harry Potter movies were well-cast. While Alan Rickman's portrayal of Professor Snape took some getting used to, Radcliffe calls Fiennes, who portrayed Lord Voldemort, "genuinely intimidating." "I remember when I was 15 doing scenes with Ralph for the first time. He was even scarier than Alan was at first," the Swiss Army Man actor tells People and Entertainment Weekly editorial director Jess Cagle.

It's been a while since Daniel Radcliffe last set foot in Hogwarts, and apparently some of his younger fans think it's time for him to reveal the magic behind his wizarding days. The Swiss Army Man actor fielded questions submitted to People by youngsters ranging in age from 4 to 11, and many were anxious to learn how they could score their own invisibility cloak and Nimbus 2000. Beckett, 7, wearing his own pair of Potter spectacles, asked, "What's the special effect that turns you invisible?" "I think that's like state secrets," Radcliffe told Beckett regretfully. Meanwhile, Olive, also 7, wondered, "How do you make broomsticks fly?...

Daniel Radcliffe didn't have a love charm when it came time for dating. Because Radcliffe began starring in the Harry Potter films when he was just 11 years old, trying to keep his relationships on the down-low was tough, he reveals on the latest episode of The Jess Cagle Interview. In fact, Radcliffe remembers taking a girl out to a restaurant on his first "proper" date, hoping his fame wouldn't ruin the night out. 1 | Has the absence of Once Upon a Time’s Ruby ever been more glaring than when Mary Margaret, David et al were tracking Emma? That’s my hashtag, and I’m sticking with it — after a Winter Finale (aka Murder Night reveal) featuring scalding hot sex, gooey-sticky blood, spontaneous vomiting, body rolling (not the kind you see on Dancing With the Stars), one of the nastiest marital fights in network TV history and so much brains-reduced-to-smashed-taters more.
Did I mention the following bit of dialogue from Lurky McChurchmouse to Asher? “I’m a grown-ass woman. I might be drunk, but I know what I want when I want it. So get over here.”
But, yes, I’m burying the big news: After getting...

This Thursday on Scandal‘s Season 4 fall finale, Cyrus made headlines, Fitz made an unpopular decision and Jake made too long a trip to fetch a blanket.
With a massive target on his back, Rowan initiated a “shutdown” protocol for B613, landing Jake, Quinn et al on a kill list. Meanwhile, the search for Papa Pope turns up Mama Pope, who’s been kept in that hole at the super-secret compound. “Tell ‘em, Livvie. Handle them,” Maya says to her daughter, expecting to be freed from custody. But no dice. All Liv wants to do is get her dad — or more specifically,...

Hope your healthcare provider covers primetime drama-related heartache, because it certainly seems a likely side effect of having watched this week’s winter finale of Grey’s Anatomy. Not only did Derek and Meredith have a blowout that made their recent arguments seem like mere tiffs by comparison, but Stephanie — as if it wasn’t awkward enough for her to be performing an ultrasound on the woman for whom her boyfriend dumped her! — discovered that April and Jackson’s unborn baby wasn’t long for this world. And those were just the tragic highlights. Read on, and we’ll do...
