- Some talk about pregnancy and anatomical details. Might upset very young viewers. Zoe is shown during sex (no nudity), but after she walks out of the room and her rear is exposed. Mrs. Applebaum has a fight with Gillian about her sleeping with her husband. She says that she should use a condom before fucking someone else's husband. Nude sexual photos of Zoe show up at Janine's doorstep in an envelope. She shows them to Lucas and we see the photos as Lucas takes a look at them. These do show a woman's breasts and buttocks.

- The way the rest of the episode goes after the above, is pretty upsetting. Rachel holds a knife at Doug's throat and threatens to kill him. He disarms her and pushes her up a wall.
Profanity
- Fuck swearwords throughout. Other profane language and mild swears. Nothing different from other House of Cards episodes. At the end of the show, Meechum buys Frank a set of cuffs. Frank addresses the audience and then, after he leaves, the camera pans down on the cuffs. We see the cuffs have Franks initials F and U (Stands for Francis Underwood). But making sense of what Frank says to the audience, we understand that F and U stand for directing the phrase "Fuck U" to the audience.
