Not knowing what to expect with our first movie festival. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of Eliza. The acting, directing, filming, story line & period clothing all were top notch! If iI hadn't know better, i would have assumed this was a film from a "Hollywood " director & cast!! Very well done! The fact that it was based on a true story that took place in the St. Louis area, gave it a historical importance. We drove approximately four and one half hours to view the films.. We enjoy supporting the arts and enjoy traveling.. It was a great way to spend a weekend! They all should be very proud of their work!
