- Disappointed by a lagging career, our protagonists either lower their expectations, or go all out. In the midst of it all, there comes the last night of the wait and the hope that - this time at least - something will happen.
- Achille has gone on a second date with Perri, but this time he is convinced that it was disastrous. Naturally, Perri instead had a great time and the two find themselves once again caught in a web of clumsy misunderstandings that seem to push them apart, in a spiral of lowered romantic expectations. Marcello asks himself: could a child breath new life into his marriage? Perhaps that is too much. He and his wife would need something else: a dog. But which breed to choose and how? And what would that say about their relationship? Marcello, oddly reflective, forces Achille to go through an extremely detailed analysis that is much more than he (or anyone else) can endure. In the container, Toni's cell rings. The time has come, the delivery is coming. Toni has also come face to face with reality: no beach bar, no dream life, he has accepted his destiny as a mafia admin, bossed around by his wife and boss. But when Dario realizes that Toni has just given up on his dreams (which included killing him), he resolves to act in an unexpected way and change both their lives. The alert reaches dispatch too: the heist will happen tonight. Everyone is at their desk, ready to act. Katia is a war machine who uses up pencil after pencil. But Perri can't help herself: she must confess her feelings to Achille right at this moment, before it is too late. And so she leaves her post and lets Katia send the signal... and nothing goes as planned this time either.—Groenlandia
