This film is slightly disappointing in comparison to its predecessor. High on drama but weak CGI. The actress acting as Tupur and most of the supporting cast are also considerably weak. Considering the story, there was ample scope for improvising and developing the plot but the director failed to utilize it. The motive was extremely weak and the flow did not make much sense. The film lacked in convinction and the actors too seemed uninterested. The only redeeming factor in the film was Koel Mallik herself.
The movie did begin well and brought up Mitin Mashi's contribution behind the rescuing of a Pala era artefact for the museum (beautiful scene). However as the plot thickened with the story proceeding, the acting and logic seemed to be going downhill until it totally stopped making sense after the interval. Hope the directors and crew members introspect and identify their flaws without playing a blame-game (the usual reaction to criticism)
