Stupid, stupid movie, but hilariously fun!

Warning: Spoilers
I kept seeing this movie on Amazon Prime and kept passing it up. The plot sounded cliché and boring, but after yet another attempt at a previous horror movie (I need to compile a list of horror movies I can't even get halfway into, but the list is so long, I've forgotten most of them) I decided to give this one a try. There's no way it could be worse than what I'd just tried to sit through...and I'm glad I did.

At first, you think it's going to be serious and that quickly changes.

Margot and Daniel are a riot and the dialogue, pure stuff cult movies are made of.

I found myself laughing more than once.

There's not a whole lot I can say about this movie, except that it's worth a watch and I recommend it... especially if you can get a group of crazy friends together.

Pure fun...not much else except for the good acting, but absolute fun!

A bit like Friedkin's Bug
Leofwine_draca12 August 2017
Warning: Spoilers
THEY WILL OUTLIVE US ALL is an indie comedy horror flick set in a single apartment building. Outside, the world has been devastated by hurricanes and the like, so the viewer is stuck with the company of a couple of dumb characters. There's a guy into drugs and smoking and a woman with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth half the time. I didn't think much of them. They become involved in a story involving an unwelcome visitor in the flat, a microscopic one at that, and the plot occasionally threatens to become interesting a la William Friedkin's BUG. However, it's let down by a frankly silly execution, with comedy music playing throughout and the actors trying their very hardest to be quirky.

Low Budget, Few Laughs, Little Value

The reviews on here must be from friends and family, because the movie itself has very little redeeming value. This is a low budget monster film that is character driven versus plot driven, which would be okay except that the two main actors deliver weak imitations of an (even more) unfunny Tom Green and an (even more) unlikeable redheaded Janeane Garofalo. What it does have is gross out humor and a throw back to 1970s monster flicks, but not even in a good way. Honestly I only have this 2 stars because of the leads who I feel like could do so much more with better material. But I recommend you avoid - It's a weak Kevin Smith knockoff from Shaun of the Dead, minus literally any of the appeal (or jokes).

Only A Bit Scary, But Very Funny

They Will Outlive Us All proves that even without a big budget, you can still make a great little film if you have the right people involved.

Like 2014's breakout film, The Babadook, this 2013 flick delivers some surprisingly good scares despite the lack of big budget. It intentionally yields a lot more laughs than scares, however. The writing and direction was great.

Jesse Gotta and Nat Cassidy got the comedic timing down pat and their facial expressions were a hoot. Given improved production values, they could easily have pushed the mood over the hump to allow suspension of disbelief and the movie could have been truly scary, as well.

Despite that flaw, this was an outstandingly entertaining movie and I look forward to seeing more from all involved.

It's Creepy and yet Very Funny !

So these room-mates at the end of the world, Decide they might not be the only tenants left in their building.

Jessi Gotta is something else,Talented behind camera and fun to watch act…Don't think she would turn down any suggestion to make a film better.

The monsters are really cool to see do their thing, Scary and yet cause many comedic moments.

The dialogue between room-mates is witty and makes you want to have them say more.

The drinking and drug use is very prevalent and not sure it was needed,Except that should bring in a young crowd as a party flick.

Great poster,Great cast and witty dialogue makes this a must see.
