  Elijah Mikaelson : I'm just happy to see that you're in one piece. So, back to the murderous witches.

  [hands over spoon] 

  Elijah Mikaelson : I have some concerns.

  Hayley : They're evil. And my life is still magically linked to Sophie Deveraux,

  [shakes her head] 

  Hayley : which is not comforting.

  Elijah Mikaelson : Yeah, I think it's time we took care of that little problem.

  Rebekah Mikaelson : [passing through, dragging something]  I am all for that. As soon as they are unlinked, we get to leave this crap town.

  [it's the body of the dead girl] 

  Rebekah Mikaelson : Who do we have to kill?

  Elijah Mikaelson : Probably no one.

  [sees Hayley's disbelieving eyes] 

  Elijah Mikaelson : All right, potentially everyone.

• Hayley : [after her high fever temperature has come down]  I feel like I've been microwaved.

• Hayley : [re her mysterious neck injury]  I feel fine, which is weird. I'm sure this is Sophie-related.

  Rebekah Mikaelson : Well, do me a favor and don't die on my watch. I'll never hear the end of it.

  Hayley : You know, when I first met you, I thought you were a real bitch.

  Rebekah Mikaelson : What changed your mind?

  Hayley : Oh, I still think you're a bitch. I've just come to like that about you.

  Rebekah Mikaelson : Well, that's sweet of you to say. Remember it when I'm gone.

  Hayley : Gone? Where are you going?

  Rebekah Mikaelson : I only came to town to make sure everything was all right with Elijah. He's fine, and he hasn't punished Klaus for daggering him, so, as usual, they'll be thick as thieves and I'll be left to clean up the mess. It's time for me to fly the coop.
