- Castiel: There really is a lot to being human, isn't there?
- Dean Winchester: It ain't all just burritos and strippers, my friend.
- Castiel: Yeah. I understand what you're saying.
- Sam Winchester: You do?
- Castiel: Yes, there's more to humanity than survival. You... look for purpose, and you must not be defeated by anger or despair. Or hedonism, for the matter.
- Dean Winchester: Where does hedonism come into it?
- Castiel: Well, my time with April was very educational.
- Sam Winchester: Yeah. I mean, I would think that getting killed is something.
- Castiel: And having sex.
- Dean Winchester: [chokes] You had sex with April?
- Sam Winchester: Yeah, that would be where the hedonism comes in.
- Dean Winchester: Shh. So... Did you have protection?
- Castiel: I had my angel blade.
- Dean Winchester: Oh. Oh, he had the angel blade.
- Sam Winchester: [looking at a piece of pie Dean just bought at a convenience store] Look at these chemicals. Do you even read the label?
- Dean Winchester: [taking his pie] No. I read pie. The rest is just blah, blah, blah.
- Dean Winchester: Uh, alright, well. He's definitely been here. Good news is he's gettin' cagy. He's using a fake name. Clarence.
- Sam Winchester: That's what Meg used to call him. Course, he doesn't get that's the name of a pretty famous angel.
- Dean Winchester: [puzzled look] What?
- Sam Winchester: It's a Wonderful Life.
- [Dean shakes his head]
- Sam Winchester: Dude, seriously?
- Frank: Hey, Clarence. How much longer you gonna be with us?
- Castiel: [chewing toothpaste at a sink in the men's room] I'll be moving on tonight after work. It's time. Can I ask you something?
- [walking towards a stall]
- Frank: Sure.
- Castiel: Do you ever tire of urinating? I'll never get used to it.
- [goes into the stall]
- Dean Winchester: I need your help finding Cass.
- Ezekiel: It cannot be done. He is warded.
- Dean Winchester: I know that. But maybe you can use your intergalactic, hyper-space, X-ray eyeballs to find someone else.
- Dean Winchester: We've been chasing our tails all night. No Cas. "What's up?" I'm fried. I think it's time for plan B.
- Sam Winchester: I'm not following.
- Dean Winchester: [Meaningfully, to EZEKIEL] I'm letting you know.
- Sam Winchester: O-okay. Um, letting me know what?
- Dean Winchester: [With more emphasis] I'm letting you "know".
- Ezekiel: [Takes over] What is it, Dean?
- Bartholomew: Beautiful Buddy. One of your best.
- Reverend Buddy Boyle: Oh, well that is a high praise Sir, seeing as your an emissary from that man upstairs himself, Thank you Bart.
- Bartholomew: [Flatly] It's Bartholomew.
- Maurice: You can kill me. It won't matter. If I don't find Castiel, there are others that will. But do what you want.
- Dean Winchester: Sure.
- [Stabs him]
- April Kelly: I needed information. So I had to gain your trust.
- Castiel: And that required intercourse?
- April Kelly: Well, I am allowed some leeway for executive decisions.
- April Kelly: April, by the way. April Kelly.
- Castiel: Castiel.
- April Kelly: One name?
- Castiel: Like God.
- April Kelly: Or Cher.
- Linda: I guess that's why we pray. When you get dealt such a bad hand sometimes, you need something stronger than yourself.
- Castiel: That's a wonderful idea, but... What if you were to find out that no one is listening? That God had pretty much left, that Heaven had gone out of business? What would you do?
- Linda: But that's not possible.
- Castiel: I think it's completely possible.
- Linda: You're missing the point. It's not possible because I have my faith.
- Dean Winchester: We're not cops. I mean, do we look like cops?
- [Gets looks]
- Dean Winchester: Well, we're not cops.
- Sam Winchester: You know, you never answered my question. How did you know where to find Cas?
- Dean Winchester: I told you. I went through Maurice's pockets. I found an address and took a shot.
- Sam Winchester: I never saw you go through Maurice's pockets.
- Dean Winchester: What are you talking about? I don't see half of the nerdy stuff that you do. It doesn't mean that you don't do nerdy stuff.
- Frank: Oh, man, those poor guys were a mess. They must have suffered bad. But at least now, they're with the angels.
- Dean Winchester: I sure as hell hope not.
- Bartholomew: Buddy, the simple truth is... not all who are willing are designed to contain heavens grace. We have to expect a casualty now and then. It's a small price to pay when you think about it.
- Reverend Buddy Boyle: Like the lamb of the sacrifice.
- Bartholomew: Sure.
