The FBI can't catch anyone! Villains shoot at them in every episode, and nobody shoots back. Villains run into stores to take hostages, the FBI is just standing around calling it in. They might as well leave their guns at the office.
So many things wrong with this story. Pathetic Sisto realizes that he probably botched an investigation into two missing girls eight years ago because he was drunk and in the middle of a divorce. This theme comes up several times every season, and it is tiresome. If Sisto had any integrity he would quit or retire, just out of respect for all the families that were hurt by his unprofessional conduct over the years.
They eventually catch up to the villain, after one of the girls has died. They find the father of the girls, and bring him to the scene, but when the girl needs him, Sisto takes over. The father was the one that should have gone to the store to talk to his daughter. Really lame finale.
