Sam and Callen are nearly dead from lack of oxygen, but somehow they find enough oxygen to fill their lungs, go underwater for an extended period, long enough to incapacitate two terrorists; they then surface and with guns that have been underwater long enough for the barrels to be filled with water, fire their pistols without having them explode from water blocking the bullet (which usually happens in the real world); one terrorist misses Sam from a few feet away, but Sam doesn't miss; they find iron oxide rust in a brand new submarine, and make thermite from lithium; they then punch a hole in the side of the sub that miraculously does not cause the hull to completely collapse, but just allows some seawater in; they then swim to the surface and are 60 feet above an exploding U.S. Navy smart-torpedo and a submarine packed with a fertilizer-bomb, but they are unharmed. Seriously?
