When the van is pushed of the bridge by walkers, it is seen flipping, but it ends up landing wheels first. In addition, such an impact would almost certainly shatter the backbones of anyone in the van.
When Carol and Daryl are in temporary housing room, Carol lies on bed and the white and green pillow is on Daryl's left side. In the very next scene when Daryl is lying down, the pillow is in the middle of the bed.
When Daryl kills the walker that is pinned to the wall by a crossbow bolt through it's neck, the part of the bolt that is coming out the back of the walker's neck is bent compared to the part stuck out the front and the two pieces are very clearly moving independently of each other as the walker struggles. When Daryl pulls the bolt out of the walker, it's back in one piece and ready to be used again.
When Daryl and Carol enter the van, the dashboard is shown intact. After the van hits the ground, the inside is shown with the airbags deployed. Both of this is impossible. Either the airbags would have gone off when the van hit the railing of the bridge or they would not have gone off upon the impact on the ground, because the ignition was off (there was no key to be seen).
When Bob knocked Sashas head against the window a hit like that and at that velocity wouldn't knock out an adult like Sasha. Given the window is ordinary glass worse would have happened is her shatter the glass & get cut. But she wouldn't have been knocked out cold.
When Noah confronts Daryl and Carol in the hallway, the sound of a lever-action rifle chambering a round is heard. Noah is holding a semi-automatic AR15 style rifle.
As Carol and Daryl pass through the sky bridge, Daryl is carrying a crossbow bolt in his mouth. But when he ducks down to pass the locked door the bolt appears in his hand without his having reached for it. However, when Carol reaches back to take Daryl's crossbow, one of her bags crosses in between Daryl and the camera, during which the bolt 'jumps' from mouth to hand, and must be when Daryl takes it out of his mouth.
In the end of Strangers, we see Daryl and Carol jump into the car to chase after the car with the cross on it. At the end, Daryl is wearing the four layers of clothes: the under shirt, the sleeveless shirt, the jacket and then the vest. At the beginning and throughout Consumed and through the rest of the season, 2 of the 4 layers are gone. It is also clear that no time had passed to where he could have taken these clothes off.
Not long after Carol and Daryl have sneaked their way into Atlanta and toward Grady Hospital, there is a scene where Daryl burns a couple walkers, All that smoke would have clearly been seen by those on the Grady rooftop a mere block away.
Carol's flashback of her rushing back to the prison doesn't add up with the timing of events during the fall. She couldn't have made her way to the opposite side of the prison (through all the walkers) to catch up with Tyreese and the girls so quickly.
Daryl can be seen holding a crossbow bolt in his mouth. Considering where that bolt has been the very last place he would want it would be in his mouth. Besides the fact that it is very gross, such action could lead to a fatal infection.
