- The characters in this game can be seen fighting enemies with swords, axes, lances, bow and arrows, magic spells, even dragons fire breath and they fight until one of them gets killed.
- Marth is required to sacrifice one of his allies very early in the prolong in order to progress in the game.
- If Marth gets killed in battle, then it's game over.
- The battle arena tournaments are very risky for most of you characters as they can get killed very easily.
- An item called the Geosphere can be used 3 times to attack both all enemies and allies on the screen. This is risky as you many accidentally kill your allies on the map.
